On Friday 3rd October, the Acorn Web team had the pleasure of attending the International Magazine Centre’s Magazine Street event in the vibrant city of Glasgow. As proud sponsors of the event – and of the drinks reception – we were thrilled to support such an inspiring day dedicated to the power of print and the future of publishing.

 

Magazine Street brought together magazine makers, publishers, creatives, and print enthusiasts from across the UK (and beyond!) for a day packed with thought-provoking talks, networking opportunities, and, of course, a celebration of all things magazine-related. The atmosphere was buzzing with energy, ideas, and a shared passion for storytelling through print.

Sponsoring this event was a natural fit for Acorn Web. As specialist magazine printers, we’re passionate about supporting the publishing industry and championing high-quality, sustainable print. We loved catching up with existing clients, meeting new faces, and hearing from so many brilliant minds driving the industry forward.

The drinks reception was a great way to round off the day – relaxed conversations, plenty of laughs, and a chance to reflect on the insights and inspiration from the sessions.
