offering a supportive and non-judgmental ear along with informal assistance when required.
Informal support might involve simply asking a colleague about their well-being or their day,
or guiding them to appropriate support services for further help if needed.
With 1 in 6 employees now facing mental health challenges such as stress, depression,
or anxiety, fostering a culture that supports positive mental health has become crucial.
Through Acorn’s Mental Health Buddy program, we aim to establish a safe space where our team
feels more comfortable discussing mental health openly.
