Description

The role is to cover holidays and specific production requirements on both the day and night shift. A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice will be given for the shift requirements.  Training to be held on the day shift until working at company standards where you will then be moved on to working a 4-week shift rotation. Further details to be discussed at the interview.

Average 39 hours per week.  3 x 12-hour shifts for 3 weeks & 4 x12 hour shift for one week (includes a 30-minute paid break)   Time: Days 06:00am – 18:00pm    Nights 18:00pm - 6:00am.

£28,058 per annum

Responsibilities

Moving stock around within the warehouse & production areas

Processing pallets of completed stock for distribution

Receive & checking goods against paperwork

Load & unloading goods in a safe manner

Good Housekeeping

Ensure that Company Policies, Health & Safety & Environment ISO procedures are enforced and adhered to

Job Requirements

    Strong communication skills

    Positive attitude

    Excellent attendance, punctual and efficient

    Flexible to meet business needs

    Experience of working within warehousing/manufacturing/production environment

    Good people skills, ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

    Strong health and safety awareness
